HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.8201 OF 2003 ORDER:

1.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioner, would fairly submit that the petitioner has attained the age of superannuation and the petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for annual increments.

2.

Learned Standing Counsel, appearing on behalf of the respondents - A.P.S.R.T.C., would contend that series of punishments were imposed on the petitioner; consequent upon which, the petitioner could not be granted increments.

3.

This Court, having considered the said submission of learned Standing Counsel for the respondents - A.P.S.R.TC., is of the considered view that, the respondents have rightly denied increments to the petitioner and the petitioner has attained the age of superannuation. The writ petition is devoid of merits and the same is liable to be dismissed. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. 5.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
