Heard.

In this writ petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to respondents 5 to 9 to transfer the cases in Cr.Nos.172 of 2014, 124 of 2014 and 152 of 2015 and club along with Cr.No.227 of 2014 pending before respondents 3 and 4 and conduct common enquiry and investigation and file single charge-sheet.

Learned Government Pleader for Home for the State of Telangana submits that investigation in Cr.No.227 of 2014 pending before C.C.S., was already completed and charge-sheet was also filed as early as on 20-08-2014.

Similarly, the learned Government Pleader for Home for the State of Andhra Pradesh submits that so far as Cr.No.152 of 2014 is concerned, the investigation is completed and charge-sheet was filed on 20-01-2015 before V Metropolitan Magistrate, Anakapalli, Visakhapatnam, which was taken cognisance and numbered as C.C.No.40 of 2015.

In view of that, the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
