This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/A-1 to A-4 under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to quash proceedings against them in C.C. No.271 of 2015 on the file of Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Yelamanchili, Visakhapatnam District, registered for the offences under Sections 324, 509 and 506 R/w.34 I.P.C.

In view of the prima-facie accusation found in the charge sheet against the petitioners, it is not apposite to quash the proceedings, at this stage. However, considering the request of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the appearance of petitioners/A-2 to A-4 is dispensed with before the trial Court, except on the occasions when the trial Court requires their attendance.

The Criminal Petition is disposed of, accordingly. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending, shall stand closed.
