The grievance of the petitioner is with respect to alleged inordinate delay in concluding the enquiry in cases in File No.E/35i2018 and El2l3i20l9 filed for partition and restoration of possession of agricultural land in Survey No.326. 3271A, 32'/lAA and 3261A, total admeasuring Ac.20-07 guntas at Billakal village, Balmoor Mandal, Nagarkurnool District. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, and the leamed G.P. lor Revenue.
There is no dispute that the said proceedings are pending under Land Transfer Regulation Act, 1959. Having considered the respective submissions, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to conclude the proceedings as expeditiously as possible, by keeping in view the nature of urgency in the matter, and by giving priority to old cases. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. SD/.
