HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO W.P.No.810 of 2014 ORDER:

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner placed on record affidavit of the Writ Petitioner. On perusal of the said affidavit would indicate that in view of the understanding reached between the petitioner and the 5th respondent out of Court, the petitioner is inclined to withdraw the proceedings before this Court in the Writ Petition. It is also mentioned in the affidavit that the Writ Petitioner as well as the 5th respondent have no complaints against each other relating to the subject matter in the Writ Petition.

The said affidavit filed by the petitioner is made part of the record.

In view of the same, this Court is of the opinion that there is no cause for adjudication in the Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
