Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 6. 2.

Learned Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, submits that based on the complaint of one T.Rajesh, Crime No.212 of 2019 is registered on 08-06-2019 and also based on the complaint given by one J.Surender Reddy, Crime No.213 of 2019 is registered against the petitioner and he is arrayed as A-2 in the said crime. He further submits that with regard to the complaints given by the petitioner, on receipt of the same, GD entry was made and the same are pending for enquiry. However, the police never interfered or obstructed the petitioner in his fencing work being carried out by him. A copy of the said Written Instructions is placed on record. 3.

Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
