This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.2, 3 and 4 seeking to quash the proceedings against them in Crime No.155 of 2016 of Manopad Police Station, Mahaboobnagar District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 498-A I.P.C and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961. 2.

Heard. Perused the record.

On written instructions, dated 17.10.2019, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the police after completion of investigation in the subject crime, filed charge sheet before the learned II Additional District Judge, Gadwal, and S.C.No.301 of 2017 was assigned.

In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
