This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:
" That this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate direction declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in rejecting the application for permission to conduct the Yoga programme on the eve of International Yoga Day at Charminar to Gulzar House vide proceedings No.HS.4/2370/2015 dated 17.6.2015 is illegal, arbitrary, unjust and violation of Article 19 1 a, 19 1b and Article 21 of the Constitution of India consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to conduct Yoga programme at Charminar to Gulzar House on 21.6.
2015 on the eve of International Yoga day and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of Justice" When the matter is taken up today, on instruction, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader for Home (TS) that both the parties have agreed for an arrangement - that the petitioner herein alone will go to Charminar and symbolically launch the programme and later go to Quli Qutub Shahi Stadium situated besides High Court and City College for conducting regular yoga programme. Recording the above, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI Dt: 19.6.
