This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not conducting the survey and demarcating the land admeasuring Ac.0.86 cents in Sy.No.563/19 of Padamatipalem Village, Sangam Mandal, SPSR Nellore District belonging to the petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard both sides.

In the present case, no document is filed to show that the petitioner was granted patta in respect of the subject land.

In view of the same, I do not see any merit to entertain the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
