The present Criminal petition is filed under Section 4g2 of Cr.P.C, seeking to quash the proceedings in STC No.4O of 2Oll, which is re-numbered as STC.No.95 of 2O15 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Jadcherla. 2.
Mr.Muzakkir Qayyumi, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the subject matter does not survive as the petitioner is acquitted by the lower court. Therelore, seeks to dismiss the Criminal Petition as infructuous. 3.
Mr. Vizarath Ali, learned Assistant public prosecutor appearing for the respondent State takes no objection to the same.
