These writ petitions are filed challenging the disciplinary proceedings against the petitioners including the show-cause notices of removal proceedings, as such they are being disposed of by common order.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that after issuance of show-cause notice, already orders of removal are passed. Therefore, he seeks to challenge the same before the Labour Court.

In view of the same, these writ petitions are disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to approach the Labour Court against the orders of removal and the Labour Court is also directed to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible. As a sequel to the disposal of these writ petitions, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
