THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION NO.7650 OF 2003 O R D E R:

This writ petition is filed with the following prayer: "To issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 1st respondent in not according permission for re-deployment/shifting of surplus aided post to SARRM Elementary School, Prakasam District, as recommended by the 2nd respondent vide proceedings in Rc.No.1476/B3/2001 dated 06.07.2001 while considering the cases of other schools recommended much later to the said SARRM Elementary School as illegal, arbitrary, violative of Articles 16 and 19 (g) of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 1st respondent to accord permission as recommended by the 2nd respondent forthwith and to pass such other order or orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

This Court by order dated 13.06.2003 in W.P.M.P.No.9979 of 2003 granted interim direction, wherein the 1st respondent was directed to pass orders for re-deployment of surplus aided post from ABM High School, Ongole to the petitioner's School in terms of the recommendations made by the 2nd respondent forthwith. No counter affidavit has been filed by the respondents. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the interim orders passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.9979 of 2003, dated 13.06.2003. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
