Petitioner challenges the proceeding No.K.3623/ 2016 dated 20.03.2016 as illegal and without jurisdiction. 2.

Through proceeding impugned in the writ petition the petitioner has been placed under suspension. The petitioner has already submitted explanation and the second respondent ought to have taken up enquiry and completed the action within reasonable time. 3.

Since final orders are not passed by second respondent, as on date, I deem it appropriate to direct the second respondent to complete the enquiry initiated through proceeding dated 20.03.2016 within eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
