THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE T.RAJANI WRIT PETITION NOs.13570 OF 2016, 7797, 7877, 14664 OF 2017 COMMON ORDER: {Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan} Both the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Special Standing Counsel for Commercial Taxes, would agree that the subject matter of these Writ Petitions is covered by the Division Bench judgment of this Court in Godrej Sara Lee Limited v. Assistant Commissioner (CT) INT LTU, Secunderabad (Judgment in WP.No.23351 of 2008 and Batch dated 01.06.2017). Following the said judgment and in terms thereof, all these Writ Petitions are also dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
