THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE GUDISEVA SHYAM PRASAD WRIT PETITION No. 20004 OF 2016 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) Smt. T. Vidya Rani, learned counsel for the Bank of India, states that the amount due in relation to which the impugned auction sale notice was issued was thereafter subjected to settlement before the Lok Adalat and the petitioner paid a substantial part of the said amount and the balance amount is yet to be paid. That being so, the challenge to the impugned auction notice does not survive for consideration on merits.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
