Heard the learned counsel for petitioner, learned Government Pleader

for Panchayat Raj and Sri G Sheshadri learned standing counsel for 4th respondent and with their consent the writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage.

2. This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in not considering the representation of the petitioners dated 5.6.2015 for payment of amount for execution of work of providing internal C.C road and drains from Mosque to Zilani house, Thadimarri mandal, Anantapur as illegal.

3. Petitioner claims that pursuant to administrative and technical sanction, the subject work was entrusted to him by 5th respondent vide proceedings in RC No. Nil/2011 dated. Nil-4-2015. That pursuant to said order, he has laid C.C road for 25 meters and at that stage 6th respondent-Mandal Engineer, Thadiamarri mandal, without any authority or power directed him orally to stop the subject work. It is alleged that no notice was issued from any authority to stop the subject work and 6th respondent is illegally interfering and depriving the petitioner to complete the subject work. Petitioner submitted a representation dated 5.6.2015 to each of the respondents 2 to 5 complaining against stopping of work illegally by 6th respondent and to justifying the decision to reduce the thickness. He has also requested to pay the amount for work executed by him. The said representation is still pending and no orders are passed by each of the respondents.

4. When the matter is taken up, learned counsel on either side submitted that it would suffice, if the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to dispose of the representation of the petitioner expeditiously.

5. Having regard to the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents 1 to 5 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 5.6.2015 and pass appropriate orders as warranted under law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and communicate the decision to the petitioner. No costs. Having regard to the same, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
