K.Tirupathi v. The Telangana State Road Transport
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WP.No.39889 of 2016 O R D E R:
Heard counsel for the petitioner and Sri A.Ravi Babu, Standing Counsel appearing for respondents.
2.
Petitioner has questioned the order dt.04.06.2016 placing him under suspension pending enquiry and also framing a charge against the petitioner.
3.
Though counsel for petitioner sought to contend that the charge framed against the petitioner is false, I am not inclined to go into the said issue, since the petitioner had already given explanation to the said charge memo and as the petitioner would have adequate opportunity to give explanation in the enquiry which is proposed to be conducted by the respondents. 4.
Therefore, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to complete the enquiry pursuant to the charge memo issued to the petitioner within a period of four (04) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate their decision thereon to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.
5.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
