The present Contempt Case is filed complaining {, violation of the orders of this Court dated 13.09.2022 passed in W.P.No.3B64 of 2014 directing the respondents to pay Rs.5,33,429/- recovered from the petitioner, on proper acknowledgment. within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

Both the learned Counset appearing on behalf of petitioner as well as respondents/contemnors on record submitted that in pursuance to the interim orders passed by this Court dated 13.1O.2023 in C.C.No.1126 ot 2023, the order of this Court dated L3.O9.2O22 passed in W.p.No.3864 of 2OL4 has been complied with and amounts have been credited into the petitioner's accou nt.
