Ms. Faheem Begum, v. State Of Telangana,
THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.44417 of 2016 ORDER:
In this writ petition, the petitioner is questioning the inaction on the part of the 3rd respondent in providing police aid to the petitioner for implementation of the order passed in I.A.No.383 of 2016 in O.S.No.2420 of 2016 on the file of IX Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad as arbitrary and illegal.
Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner confined his arguments to the extent of giving a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the representation filed by the petitioner dated 15.12.2016 for grant of police protection in respect of the suit schedule property in O.S.No.2420 of 2016 on the file of IX Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.
Considering the grievance of the petitioner, without going into the merits of the various allegations made in the writ petition, the 3rd respondent is hereby directed to consider the representation filed by the petitioner seeking police protection and pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed. _________________ RAJA ELANGO,J 20.12.2016.
