HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.23710 of 2009 ORDER:

In the present writ petition, the petitioner is challenging the inaction of the 1st respondent on the enquiry report submitted by the District Minorities Welfare Officer, Adilabad, in respect of Wakf property.

Learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the 1st respondent would consider the enquiry report of the District Minorities Welfare Officer, Adilabad, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

This Court, having considered the rival submissions made by the learned counsel for the respective parties, is of the considered view that this writ petition can be disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider the enquiry report submitted by the District Minorities Welfare Officer, Adilabad, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
