THE HO'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION NO.11886 OF 2003 O R D E R:
This writ petition is filed for issuing a writ of Mandamus, or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, declaring the proceedings of the 1st respondent dt.17.05.2003 appointing the 2nd respondent as Incharge Principal, while removing the petitioner from the post of Incharge Principal as illegal, arbitrary, unreasonable, null and void, highhanded and violative of Articles 14 and 16 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent herein to reappoint the petitioner as In-charge Principal.
At the time of admission, no interim order was granted. This writ petition is filed in the year 2003, when the petitioner was aged 47 years and by afflux of time, the petitioner attained the age of super annuation. In view of the same, the cause in the writ petition does not survive.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
