RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE GUDISEVA SHYAM PRASAD WRIT PETITION No.10016 of 2018 ORDER: (Per V.Ramasubramanian, J) The petitioner came up with the above writ petition challenging the coercive steps taken by the 1st respondent, even during the pendency of an application for stay before the A.P.V.A.T. Tribunal, Visakhapatnam.

2. Today, it is stated by Mr. G.Narendra Chetty, learned counsel for the petitioner that after filing of the writ petition, the VAT Tribunal itself granted a stay.

3. Therefore, the grievance of the petitioner does not survive any more. Hence, the Writ Petition is closed.
