THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.12022 of 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the following relief:

"....to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order or Orders, Direction or Directions to direct the 2nd respondent to act in accordance with law and to direct the 2nd respondent to upload the college of the petitioner in the name of Reliance Degree College, Upperpally, Rajendranagar, R.R. District on its website "DOST" immediately for the admissions into the three year degree course for the academic year 2019-20, and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri A. Abhishek Reddy, learned counsel for respondent No.2 and Sri Ch.Jagannadha Rao, learned Standing Counsel for Osmania University. 3.

Learned Standing Counsel for Osmania University submits that the application filed by the petitioner for grant of extension of provisional affiliation for the academic year 2019-2020, as the Telangana State Council of Higher Education has returned the proposal of the petitioner for shifting of premises, is rejected. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to challenge the said rejection order.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order, in accordance with law. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
