HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 6517 of 2016 ORDER:

1) The present Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioner/ plaintiff under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a direction to the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Madanapalle to dispose of L.A.O.P.No.83 of 2010 at the earliest. 2) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the award was passed on 15.05.2010 the petitioner could not enjoy the fruits because of the pendency of L.A.O.P. which was referred to civil Court under Section 31 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894. 3) Since the O.P. is of the year 2010 and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed, directing the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Madanapalle, to dispose of L.A.O.P.No.83 of 2010, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of four (04) to six (06) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 4) Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
