HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No. 8417 OF 2005 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Sri R.N. Hemendranath Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the challenge to Rule 36(b) of the Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Societies Rules, 1964 at this stage and seeks liberty to the petitioner to furnish reply to the show cause notice dated 17-03-2005, within a period of two weeks from today. Writ petition is disposed of as not pressed with liberty as prayed. If the petitioner fails to file reply to the show cause notice within two weeks from today, the concerned authority may proceed to take further action in accordance with law.

If the reply is furnished within the time stipulated, the concerned authority may consider and decide the same as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of ten weeks from the date of submission of the reply, on merits in accordance with law. All contentions of the parties are kept open. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
