HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION No.1477 of 2017 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition under Section-438 Cr.P.C. is filed to enlarge the petitioners-accused Nos.6 to 8 on pre-arrest bail in Crime No.45 of 2016 of B.Kodur Police Station, YSR Kadapa District registered for the offences punishable under Sections147, 148, 324 and 307 read with 34 I.P.C. apprehending their arrest in connection with the said Crime.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh brought to the notice of this Court that accused Nos.6 to 8 and 13 were deleted from the charge sheet.

The petitioners are accused Nos.6 to 8 in the above crime. When no charge sheet is filed against the petitioners, apprehension of their arrest in connection with the above crime is without any substance and it is misconceived. Therefore, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as the petitioners were deleted from the charge while filing the charge sheet before the Court concerned.
