This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in Crime No.74 of 2014 of Cyber Crime Police Station, DIV Detective Department, CCS, Hyderabad, on various grounds. Learned counsel for the petitioner requested the Court to issue direction to the police to file charge sheet since it is crime of 2014. In view of the limited request made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the Station House Officer, Cyber Crime Police Station, DIV Detective Department, CCS, Hyderabad is directed to file charge sheet as expeditiously as possible in any event not later than two months from today in accordance with law.

With the above direction, the criminal petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions in the petition, if any, shall stand closed.
