2. The petitioner approached the Court seeking prayer as under:

When the matter is taken up for hearing' it is represented by both the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for TSSPDCL appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.2 to 5 that the subject issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court dated 30.10.2023 passed in W'P'No'30005 of 2023' hence; the writ petition could be disposed of in terms of the orderofthisCoUrtdated30.10.2023passedinW.P.No.30005 of 2023.

Taking into consideration the submission made by the Iearned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner as well as the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos'2 to 5' for the reasons alike in the above said order dated 3O'1O'2O23 passed by this Court in W'P'No'3OOOS of 2O23' the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent Nos'2 to 5 to release the electricity service connection to the petitioner's Plot bearing No'592' admeasuring 3OO Sq.Yards in Sy.No.ll/L4 to LL/LA Part of Sy'No'11 situated in Sri Swamy Ayyappa Cooperative Housing
