THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.C. BHANU AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI LETTERS PATENT APPEAL No.5 OF 2014 JUDGMENT:(per Hon'ble Sri Justice K.C. Bhanu) This Letters Patent Appeal is filed aggrieved by the Order, dated 28.03.2014 in Contempt Case No.1694 of 2013 in Writ Petition No.14100 of 2013 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court.

Heard both sides.

Learned counsel for the appellants submitted that against the violation of interim order given in Contempt Case, the appeal is maintainable.

The question of giving further direction in a Contempt Case may not arise in view of the fact that in a Contempt Case what has to be decided is whether the contemnor wilfully disobeyed the Order of the Court, therefore, the present appeal is not maintainable.
