When W.P.No.393 of 2012 was listed on 15.02.2016, none appeared for the petitioner therein. The said Writ Petition was, therefore, directed to be listed under the caption "for orders" along with W.P.No.2497 of 2012. Today when both the Writ Petitions are called, none appeared for the petitioners and the learned Counsel for the petitioners is absent.
