THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W.P.No.9951 OF 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioners herein, they submitted a representation on 26-08-2017, but no action has been taken so far on the said representation. Eventually, a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioners to direct the respondents to verify the said representation and take appropriate action in accordance with law. On the other hand, it is submitted by Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents that if any such representation is pending consideration, the same will be verified and appropriate action will be taken strictly in accordance with law.

Recording the said submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to verify the representation said to have been made by the petitioners on 26-08-2017 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
