This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'Cr.P.C') is filed to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.137 of 2011 on the file of KPHB Colony Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 409 IPC.

During hearing, learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana brought to the notice of this Court that the police after investigation filed final report dt. 4.5.2011 referring of case as lack of evidence.

In view of the facts and circumstances, no further orders need be passed by this Court quashing the proceedings. Therefore, the instant Petition, which is filed to quash the Proceedings, has became infructuous and prayed to dismiss the petition. In view of the above respective submissions of both sides, this Criminal Petition, which is filed for quashment of the proceedings, is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, in this case, shall stand closed.
