8. One spare copy.

Gk Note: Substituting the name of the Court as "Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Arakuvalley, Visakhapatnam District" instead of "II Metropolitan Magistrate for Railways, Visakhapatnam" in the 7th para of the order dt.02.03.2016 in Crl.P.No.1985 of as per Court order dt.18.03.2016 in Crl.P.MP.No.4349/2016. This order shall be substituted in place of earlier order which was already dispatched on 04.03.2016.
