HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No.748 OF 2019 ORDER:

This Contempt Case has been filed to punish the respondents alleging wilful violation of the orders dated 14.02.2019 passed by this Court in I.A. No.1 of 2019 in W.P. No.2845 of 2019.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an order dated 22.06.2019 was passed by the Office of the Zonal Commissioner, Charminar Zone, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Hyderabad, and the petitioner has grievance with regard to that order, however, in view of the scope of the contempt, liberty may be granted to challenge the order dated 22.06.2019 and the contempt case may be closed.

3. Considering the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Contempt Case is closed granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 22.06.2019 which was made pursuant to the interim orders of this Court in the writ petition. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Applications, if any pending, in the contempt case stand closed.
