This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the order, dated 14.02.2012, passed in Interlocutory Application No.1325 of 2000 in Original Suit No.11 of 1992 by the Senior Civil Judge, Gudivada, Krishna District, whereunder the petition filed under Order IX Rule IX CPC to set aside the dismissal order dated 18.08.1999 and restore the suit to file was allowed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the main suit was disposed of on 30.04.2015, therefore nothing to be adjudicated by this Court in this revision and the petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
