THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL Criminal Petition No.11170 of 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash proceedings initiated against petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 3 in F.I.R. No.69 of 2016 of Jannaram Police Station, Adilabad District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 290, 427 and 506(ii) read with Section 34 I.P.C.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented that after filing of the Criminal Petition to quash the proceedings at the crime stage, charge-sheet was filed.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate application, if so advised.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
