CVNR,J Order :

This contempt case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of order dated 05.01.2012 in W.P.M.P.No.41589 of 2011 in W.P.No.27804 of 2011.

By the aforementioned order, this Court has directed the respondents herein, not to disburse 1/7th of the compensation awarded under the consent awards.

In the separate counter affidavits filed by respondent No.4 and also by Mr.K.Gangadhar, Special Deputy Collector and Land Acquisition Officer, it is categorically stated that 1/7th of the compensation as directed by this Court, has been kept apart and the same has not been disbursed. The petitioner has not filed any reply affidavit, controverting their averments.

Therefore, the grievance with which the petitioner has filed this contempt case, has turned out to be false and illusory. 5.
