This writ petition is filed with the following prayer: "... this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not completing the investigation and file the charge sheet as contemplated under SC/ ST POA Act 1989 r/ w rules of 1995 as amended in order to file charge sheet in Crime No.1201 of 2017 on the file of Miyapur PS, Miyapur Zone, Ranga Reddy District is bad arbitrary contrary to the fundamental principle of Law and Justice the provisions of SC/ ST POA Act 1989 as amended and also offends Art 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and to pass such other consequential order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit ..."

Heard both sides.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, submits that the investigation into the crime has been completed and they are going to finalize within a period of one month. That the investigation done disclose that the allegations of caste abuse to the complainant is not substantiated as he did not belong to a member of Scheduled Tribe or Scheduled Caste. The allegations of the complainant against alleged accused persons have not sustained. 4.

In view of the same, the prayer in the writ petition stood redressed.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
