THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.781 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/A1 in Crime No.628 of 2014 on the file of the Station House Officer, Jubilee Hills Police Station, Hyderabad.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that after completion of investigation, the Investigating Officer laid the charge sheet before the concerned court. In view of the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, no further orders are necessary in this matter.
