Kamatipura, South Zone, Hyderabad - 500 070. .....RESPONDENTS WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through his Advocate GP FOR SERVICES (TG) presented this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court may be pleased to issue writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of certiorari calling for the records relating to and connected with order dated: 25-09-2013 in O.A.No. 7718 / 2010 of the Hon'ble Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal and to quash and set aside the same by holding as erroneous and contrary to Law; AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri GP FOR SERVICES (TG) Advocate for the Petitioners, directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this writ petition should not be admitted in the circumstances set out in the petition and the affidavit filed in Writ Petition;
