This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 24 CPC seeking to transfer F.C.O.P.No.243 of 2019 on the file of the Family Judge, Kukatpally, Ranga Reddy District to the IX Addl. Metropolitan Sessions Judgecum-Addl. Family Court-cum-JHBBC City Criminal Court at Hyderabad.

The petitioner has filed F.C.O.P.No.243 of 2019 before the Family Court at Kukatpally, under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, for restitution of conjugal rights. The respondent had earlier filed O.P.No.353 of 2018 before the Addl. Family Court-cum-JHBBC City Criminal Court at Hyderabad, under Section 13 1 (ib), (ia) of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, for divorce from the petitioner. 3.

Since, it is desirable that both the matters be heard together, to avoid conflicting judgments, F.C.O.P.No.243 of 2019 on the file of the Family Judge, Kukatpally, Ranga Reddy District is transferred to the IX Addl. Metropolitan Sessions Judge-cum-Addl. Family Courtcum-JHBBC City Criminal Court at Hyderabad. 4.
