On hearing the learned counsel on either side, this writ petition is closed, giving liberty to challenge the proceedings of the 3rd respondent in Rc.No.A2/979/2011 dated 01.06.2014, where under it is mentioned by the 3rd respondent that the petitioner never worked as a Computer Operator in the 3rd respondent-Devasthanam. Miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
