This Civil Revision Petition arises out of order, dated 22.08.2017, in I.A.No.81 of 2017 in O.S.No.23 of 2017 on the file of learned II Additional Junior Civil Judge, Visakhapatnam. 2.

At the hearing, Mr.T.Ramakoteswara Rao, learned counsel representing Mr.G.V.S.Kishore Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, has submitted that he has instructions to request for permission of the Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition. 3.

This Civil Revision Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel to dismissal of the C.R.P., I.A.No.1 of 2018 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
