Bhosale) Learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this P.I.L. and seeks liberty to the petitioner to make a representation to the concerned authority for redressal of his grievance.

The Public Interest Litigation is disposed of as withdrawn. It is open to the petitioner to approach the concerned authority for redressal of his grievance and if any such representation is made, the concerned authority may deal with the same in accordance with law. While granting liberty, we shall not be understood to have issued any directions to the concerned authority in respect of respondent Nos. 5 to

15. If the concerned authority intends to pass any order on the representation, adverse to respondent Nos. 5 to 15, it shall do so only after notice to these respondents or any other similarly placed persons. Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications shall also stand closed.
