The petitioner was appointed as a permanent Fair Price Shop dealer of Shop No.21 of Chimmiribanda village, Martur Mandal, Prakasam District and there were some allegations against the petitioner. The authorization of the petitioner was cancelled by orders dated 29.06.2017. Challenging the same, the petitioner filed a Writ Petition, but the same was not entertained and liberty was given to the petitioner to prefer an appeal. Accordingly, the petitioner preferred an appeal along with stay application on 29.08.2017 before the fourth respondent. When the stay application is not disposed of, he filed the present Writ Petition on 01.09.2017 i.e., within three (3) days. Even for disposing of the stay application also some time may be required.

In the circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the fourth respondent to dispose of the stay application pending in the appeal before him, preferred by the petitioner challenging the order dated 29.06.2017, within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing the petitioner and based on the available record. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
