The grievance of the petitioner is that he made the representation on 27.08.2016 to the 3rd respondent Prohibition & Excise Superintendent, Nagarkurnool for reduction of rental fee for his wine shop, which had been closed from 12.08.2016 to 23.08.2016 pursuant to a direction issued by the 2nd respondent Collector, but the 3rd respondent has not passed any orders on the said representation till date.
Learned Government Pleader for Prohibition & Excise (Telangana) appearing for Respondents 1 to 3 states that the 3rd respondent will pass orders on the petitioner's representation within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to him. In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 27.08.2016 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand disposed of.
