ORDER:

Petitioners' application for release of stocks as well as vehicle, seized in pursuance of panchanama dated 12.01.2015, is pending with the Joint Collector/second respondent since 22.01.2015.

2. In the circumstances, the second respondent is directed to consider the aforesaid application of the petitioners and pass appropriate orders with regard to the release of the vehicle as well as the stocks seized, subject to appropriate conditions, preferably, within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
