THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.9311 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the inaction of the third respondent in registering the crime pursuant to the complaint, dated 12.01.2017.

Learned Government Pleader, on the basis of the written instructions, submits that though the said complaint was received by the police, it was noticed that the contents of the complaint relate to non-cognizable offence. However, an entry was made in the Station General Diary. In view of the nature of the complaint, no action was taken on the complaint. It is also stated that the respondents sent a letter to the petitioner on 19.03.2017 and the same was received by the petitioner on 20.03.2017 advising him to take appropriate steps in a competent Court. In view of the stand taken by the respondents, liberty is given to the petitioner to take appropriate proceedings in accordance with law. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
