Koti Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, having argued for sometime, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition reserving liberty to the petitioner to avail the statutory remedy in accordance with law. Sri Sai Gangadhar Chamarthy, learned counsel representing M/s. M.V.Kini & Co., learned counsel on caveat for the Andhra Bank, was also heard.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforestated.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
