Heard counsel for the petitioner and the Government Pleader for Services-III appearing for respondent/2nd respondent. 2.

Petitioner has filed this Contempt Case alleging noncompliance of the order dt.31.12.2018 in IA.No.1 of 2018 in WP.No.47780 of 2018 wherein this Court had directed the respondent herein to dispose of petitioner's representation dt.29.10.2018 within six weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In the counter affidavit filed by the Government Pleader on behalf of the respondent in the Contempt Case it is stated that the Competent Authority to decide the application of the petitioner is not the respondent herein, but the Principal Secretary, Revenue Department, and that the respondent had forwarded the petitioner's representation to the Principal Secretary, Revenue Department, and the said authority had issued proceedings in Memo No.24647/Ser.I/2018 dt.14.02.2019.

Granting liberty to the petitioner to question the said order, if she is so advised, this Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
